Refund of Payment
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected (for damages if any), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by bank transfer, you may please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with bank account details.
Because of any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate replacement of product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice.
